Nicholas Walker, President, The Southbridge Group
Nick Walker founded Puente Sur in 1995 in order to provide market-entry consulting and market research services to foreign companies interested in establishing and growing their businesses in Chile. Over the past 12 years, he has consolidated operations under The Southbridge Group, a holding consisting of four operating companies and over 125 employees, focused on a range of outsourced management (BPO), consulting, and commercial support services. BPO services are provided to over 50 foreign clients (North American, European, Australian, and Latin American) with subsidiary companies in Chile operating in a broad range of industries. Prior to forming Southbridge, Nick held positions as an Equity and Macroeconomic Analyst and Macroeconomic Consultant for Citicorp Chile in Santiago, and as an Assistant Editor for Morningstar (financial publishing company) in Chicago. He received a BA in Economics from The University of Chicago and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. |

Rodrigo Soza, General Manager, Puente Sur Outsourcing
Education: Business Administration Degree, Universidad Gabriela Mistral, Santiago, Chile; Masters in Tax Planning, Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Santiago, Chile (currently enrolled in this Ex-Ed Program). Experience: For the past nine years, Rodrigo has worked as an outsourced CFO, COO, and Country Manager for the Chilean subsidiaries of a range of foreign companies in numerous sectors including telecommunications, mining services, real estate, pharmaceutical, and fruit export, among many others. Rodrigo’s responsibility is to improve the efficiency of our foreign clients’ local operations and to ensure that our outsourced services are exceeding expectations. He is completely bilingual (English/Spanish) and a valuable asset to any company wishing to establish or increase their business in the region. |

Aladino Pacheco, Accounting and Tax Manager
Education: CPA and Auditor, University of Concepción; Chile Tax Strategy Diploma, LexisNexis, Chile. Experience: Prior to joining Puente Sur Outsourcing, Aladino worked for 12 years as the VP of Finance, Controller, and Head Accountant for several multinationals in Chile, and has extensive expertise in Chilean and international tax law, in addition to familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS. As the Head of Puente Sur’s accounting and tax services team, Aladino ensures that PSO’s clients’ Chilean operations are in compliance and that management receives clear and timely financial reporting. |

Our team of in-house professionals, including four auditors (Mario Rodríguez, María Irene Faúndez, Albina del Carmen Contreras, and Samuel Meneses) and four accountants (Jorge Contreras, Patricia Diaz, Cristina Ampuero, and Emilia Venegas), have a broad range of experience in a variety of in-house accounting departments and professional services companies, including Puente Sur Outsourcing. Our expertise in Chilean tax law and accounting procedures ensures PSO’s clients receive professional tax compliance and accounting services. |

Mindy Lissette, Controller
Education: CPA and Auditor, University of Diego Portales, Santiago, Chile. Mindy has over a decade of experience in treasury and finance in several multinationals, and is well equipped to handle, together with her team, our clients’ payments and banking needs. In addition she is well versed in SOX. |

Richard Sanhueza, HR and Payroll Manager
Education: Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Inacap; Diploma in Human Resource Management, Universidad de Santiago. Experience: Prior to joining Puente Sur Outsourcing, Richard has been in charge of the HR department of a number of large retailers and service companies, with over 15 years experience in a broad range of HR and labor issues. Together with his assistant, Irene Muñoz (30+ years of HR experience), he provides clients with a well founded and practical understanding of Chilean labor issues, and with our support staff handles payroll involving all degrees of complexity. |

Jorge Valenzuela, Logistics Manager
Jorge has over 30 years of experience in operations/logistics and ten years experience in the import/export field. During the 20 years prior to joining the Puente Sur Outsourcing team, Jorge was in charge of inventory control for an important Chilean kitchen-ware manufacturer. Jorge is responsible, together with his assistants, Cindy Mondaca and Raúl Vargas, for ensuring that the process of importing/exporting, warehousing, and distribution of our clients’ products goes smoothly and is cost effective. |

Our BPO team is supported by our two Client Service Assistants, Valeria Peña (also an accountant and currently enrolled in the Business Management degree program at Universidad de las Américas, Santiago Chile) and Patricia Añez (bilingual (Spanish/English) with studies in business management at Universidad Central, Santiago, Chile), who are dedicated to ensuring that all client issues are handled efficiently and proactively. |

Aldo Segura, Tax Advisory
Education: Certified Dual Accountant - Auditor Degree, Universidad de Santiago, Santiago, Chile. Master’s Degree from Universidad Mariano Egaña specialized in tax law. Experience: Aldo has worked for Delloite & Touche and as a tax auditor for the Chilean IRS. Additional experience includes 15 years at KPMG - where he led the tax planning department for five years. Throughout his career, Aldo has provided consulting services to international companies such as Gillette; P&O Nedlloyd; Xerox; Marine Harvest; Avon; Renault; and HSBC. Aldo has conducted numerous seminars in tax law and double taxation throughout South America and currently teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in several Universities in Chile. Mr. Segura works closely with PSO’s accounting and tax teams on specific client-related issues.
Puente Sur Outsourcing works with several leading Chilean law firms and individual attorneys on a client-by-client basis.
